DELIVERY IN SYDNEY METRO AND REGIONAL AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY:
For Sydney Metro orders, we offer a 6-day delivery option (Monday to Saturday).
*We offer Free Shipping on Next Day Delivery or deliveries on future dates for locations within Metropolitan Sydney.
Same Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm. Charges will be applied in cart for Same Day Delivery based on your location within Metropolitan Sydney.
Deliveries to Regional Australian capital territory and Sydney Regional will incur a delivery fee which starts at $18.00 AUD (inclusive of GST) and vary based on region.
Deliveries may arrive whilst the birds a chirping however we’ll endeavour to leave your delivery in a safe location without ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT:
There is no minimum order requirement for our delivery services.
FREE SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping on next day / future dates Sydney Metro orders. Other regions have free shipping next day / future shipping on orders totaling over $150.
DELIVERY FOR METRO ORDERS:
Next day delivery is available for all METRO orders placed before 2 pm.
It’s important to note that if an order is added to the cart before 2 pm but not placed until after 2 pm, it will not be shipped on the day initially chosen. Your order will be processed the following day and delivered the day after that.
WEEKEND ORDERS:
Orders placed on a Saturdays & Sundays or Public Holidays will be scheduled for delivery on the following business day.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the unfortunate event that you receive items in a damaged state, you can contact us here to discuss further. We will work diligently to address the issue and provide a suitable solution.
STOCK AVAILABILITY:
We strive to always maintain stock availability for most items. However, please understand that circumstances beyond our control may impact stock availability.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
Our facility always adheres to rigorous audits and cleaning procedures. We take the utmost care in producing & packing our items, and our facility is HACCP accredited to ensure quality and safety.
CLICK & COLLECT:
If you do not collect your order on the date nominated by you at the time of checkout, we will endeavour to contact you using the details you provided at checkout, or you may contact us to arrange for collection at a different time.
If a new date has been agreed on for collection, there will be no replacement of perishable stock items in your order to compensate for potential spoilage of the perishable goods packed for dispatch as per your originally nominated date of collection.
Orders which are not collected on the date of the nominated collection window (including revised date windows nominated by you), will be considered cancelled by you and no longer available for collection after the expiry of that date. You will not be entitled to a refund or credit for such orders nor entitled to a replacement order on a different date.
If you cancel your iPantry order on the day of delivery or collection, you may have be liable for a cancellation fee of no more than $25 plus the charges of any perishable Products. Before iPantry processes any such fees or charges, iPantry will provide notice to you of the additional fees or charges payable and make contact you via the details provided at the time of checkout.
No changes can be made to the order at pick up point and no resolutions, refunds or exchanges will be available at the time of collection.
